I earned an associates degree in accounting at the age of 8 while helping my mom translate all of her bills and statements from Spanish to English, speaking to bill collectors and asking the property manager on our behalf for a discounts or extensions on rent.

At age 10 I received my degree in early childhood development while by becoming my newborn brothers primary caregiver while my mom worked 14 hour days, I learned all I could about feeding, diapering, early cognitive development, playtime, and how to bond with a child. I got an A+ there.

At age 14 I obtained my degree in psychology when a teacher called me a slut because I wore a black bra under a white shirt, confused by her statement towards a teenage girl who was living out of her car wearing the only thing she had at that time, I decided to start watching her interactions. I realized that people are intentionally cruel and judgmental to those they deem unworthy of their respect, and other people like to follow along and not go against the grain. I made it my mission to get under her skin for the next two years and watched her squirm as I killed her with kindness to make people around her question why she hated me so much. I guess you can call it the school of life

Eventually I joined the Navy and earned my AA and a BS in organizational leadership from Duquesne University, currently trying to find a way to pay for an MBA or a PMP certification from whatever university is willing to educate me for free. I’ve been serving for almost 16 years and counting until I’m free again.
